Characteristics and application :
Belt conveyors in flat design are intended for piece product-transportation (i.e. cartons, packages, bags etc.). In trough design (two or three idler shape), they are intended for transportation of powdered and granular materials, bulk and unadhesive materials. Belt conveyers are only in special type of construction. They are manufactured in accordance with project data sheets and technical details from producer. Engineering solution and delivery-complexity are in accordance with corresponding regulations ČBU and standards ČSN 26 0003, 26 0605 and 26 0606. Our offer includes belt conveyers in a special design – covered conveyers for powdered materials, truck loaders and waggon loaders for bagged products, steep conveyers with profiled conveyer belt and side guiding etc.
Dimensions und parameters :
Type range of belt conveyers contains 6 basic sizes derived from belt diameter < 400 up to 1.200 mm >, in the whole scale of conveying speed and corresponding capacity. The conveyers are delivered completely equiped, with drive, feed hopper, side guiding, covering, scraper, exhaust socket, control- and safety- elements. It must be consulted technical solution (design) and scoope of delivery.

Belt conveyer consists of basic supporting structure of drive- and tension drum and belt way, where bearing bodies of both drums and idler stations and return idlers are placed. The frame is manufactured from rolled sections (in the case of light design from a bent-sections). The conveyer type, engineering solution, sort of belt, drive and supplementary device are designed according to transported material and requested transport capacity. As conveyer-drive there are preffered slip-on gearboxes.
Used material :
Construction - Supporting parts, feed hoppers, side guidings, covers and other components of belt conveyers are made from rolled and bent sections. This sections are made from a normal/carbon steel (class 11 acc. CZ-Standard ČSN). Driving drums are rubbered, seal betweeen feed hopper and rubber belt is ensured by means of adjustable rubber belts, that are inserted in side guiding. For common type of transported materials and raw materials, we use list two-edge scrapers with spring pressure. The V-shaped scrapers are used for return strand. If it is necessary, we can offer special design-scrapers. Tensioning of belt at short conveyors is usually made by means of bolts reversing drum, at long conveyors by means of bight weight tensioning or in accordance with requirements of lay out solution.
