The plant includes several production halls with a total area of 1850 m2. Of course, there are laser cutting centers, CNC bending machines, equipment for bending sheets on bending rollers, etc.
The special equipment that the production plant owns as the only one in the Czech Republic is a semi-automatic device for the production of worm blades, which was purchased in Australia and which made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of their production.
We perform welding in a protective CO2 atmosphere, using welding tables designed for large-sized weldments. Large dimensions are also associated with their large weight, and the handling of such parts is ensured by two bridge cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 8,000 kg.
Probably the biggest competitive advantage is a fully equipped hall with high-quality machine tools. The plant can machine equipment using everything from the smallest lathes to large semi-automated horizontal and carousel machining centers. Castings and weldments with a turning diameter of up to 1600mm are processed here. Turning work on SU63 with a bed length of 8000 mm. Processing on a horizontal boring machine. Gears up to 1200mm in diameter are produced here.
Outdoor areas with the operation of the MB110 tower crane with a lifting capacity of up to 10t are available.
Our own freight transport is used to transport input material and to transport finished products.
