Grinders, Crushers
Serie 69
Identification – RS, DV
Type of construction – welded
CHARAKTERISTICS AND APPLICATION:
Grinder of conglomerates (thereinafter grinder) is an equipment, which serves for grinding of material conglomerates without hard polluting admixtures. Treated material can be cement, lime stone, magnesite dust etc with maximal rate of dust particles with grain size 0 – 30mm, at two rotor construction up to 100 mm.
DIMENSIONS AND PARAMETERS:
Type range of grinders/crushers contains 4 sizes < from 320 x 320mm up to 650 x 650mm >, except these sizes it is possible to order after technical – commercial consulting some modification or a special type of construction.
DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION:
Grinder of conglomerates consists of four basic parts:
- body / casing
- 1 or 2 rotors
- torque clutch
- drive
casing of grinder consists of two front plates and two side plates, which are bolted together. Upper and lower parts of plates form after bolting together inlet and outlet square flange. Several hog knifes are slipped on rotor shaft; these knifes are designed so, that they can be changed after wear. On one of front plate there is bolted a connecting part, which serves for mounting of drive. Rotor shaft of grinder is connected with the drive over a torque clutch.
Construction – the ginder casing is welded from steel plates and is equipped with exchangeable armour plates. Rotor shaft of grinder is supported in antifriction bearings placed on consoles of grinder front plates.
Sealing between rotor shaft and front plates is solved by means of a packing. In the event of a torsion moment overrun (e.g. falling-down of a steel object inside the grinder) the torque clutch cuts off by means of switch the power supply. Stop signal at grinder serves herewith for stopping of foregoing machines and transporting ways.
A special type of construction and special requirements must be consulted with supplier !!!
