CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION:
Closing and control gates are intended for installing in vertical transporting ways (gravitational chutes) of powdered and fine grained (up to 5 mm), loose or aerated materials in technological lines, especially in building materials production. It serves for a shutt-off (eventually for flow regulation) of product in following horizontal or vertical transporting ways. This equipment is designed first of all for milled, powdered materials and it is dustproof. Temperature of dry transported material can be from –30 up to +100°C, at powdered materials with humidity max. 1% is work temperature from 0° up to 100°C.
DIMENSIONS AND PARAMETERS:
Type range of closing and control roll gates URV is designed in 8 basic sizes <from 150x150 up to 650x650 mm > (see tablet on data sheet). The clear opening (see tablet) is decisive for using in transporting way. Control is ensured by means of pneumatic or electrical drive. Delivered URV is equipped with drive elements from prestigious suppliers acc. to recommendation of producer, alternatively acc. to wish of customer.
DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION:
Closing and control roll gates are designed for installing in vertical gravitational chutes of square profile for regulation of material flow in technological line. Inside roll is actuated by means of rotary pneumatic or electric drive of equivalent size corresponding to necessary torsion moment. Manually or distance controlled distributors and valves are supplied with URV in case using of a pneumatic drive. For pneumatic operating of URV there is necessary to ensure conditioned air.
Construction – casing (body) of URV is welded and has inlet and outlet square flange. Material flow regulating is ensured through inside roll with clear opening and shut surface. It is possible to regulate a running of transported material within the regulation range Through form of clear opening. The roll is fitted through journals into self-lubricating sleeves on out side covers of URV. The inside roll, journal fitting and outside covers are equipped with sealings to prevent dustiness.
