Characteristics and application :
Roll flow control gates, pneumatic with pneumatic drive (further only VRPP) serves for material flow regulating and closing in technological lines. It is determined for material temperature up to 120°C. Flow quantity is regulated with turning of inside roll, which is operated by means of a pneumatic drive. The equipment is designed for milled powdered materials and it is dustproof.

Delivered VRPM is equipped with drive elements from prestigious suppliers acc. to recommendation of producer, alternatively acc. to wish of customer.
Description of construction :
Roll flow control gate has rectangular inlet and outlet flange. It has a split casing (body) welded from steel, between separate parts there are inserted felt sealings of inside regulating roll. This roll is fixed with shaft into casing through friction bearings. The shaft is sealed against unwanted product spillover. Drive of VRPM is done by means of pneumatic driver with leverage, which is bolted on a console of the body.
Used material :
Construction – casing (body) of VRPP is welded and is made from a normal steel St-37 (class 11 acc. CZ-Standard ČSN), the transported product touching parts are made from steel St-52 (class 11 acc. CZ-Standard ČSN). Inside roll is made from steel St-52 and it is fixed with shaft into self-lubricating sleeves on outside covers. The inside roll, shaft support and outside covers are equipped with sealings to prevent dustiness.
